About the Role

Join Highland Park Chevron located in Red Deer, Alberta, as a Gas Station Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This permanent, part-time position offers around 35 to 40 hours weekly with a competitive hourly wage of $39.00.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily station operations efficiently.
• Assess operational performance and implement improvements.
• Strategize and organize workflow and staff duties.
• Lead recruitment, staffing, and supervision of 5-10 team members and volunteers.
• Analyze market trends and customer demand to adjust merchandise and services.
• Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Create budgets and continuously monitor income and expenditures.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory issues.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations improving team output.
