Job description
Role Overview
The Gardener Supervisor will oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all gardening operations following the planned schedules. This role involves managing routine garden tasks such as pruning and lawn mowing, maintaining compliance and attendance records, and coordinating with the client team to ensure transparent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all scheduled gardening work including pruning and mowing lawns.
- Maintain detailed records of attendance and other labor compliances.
- Create and adhere to a weekly garden maintenance timetable.
- Communicate and coordinate daily work progress with the client team.
- Document the usage of compost regularly.
- Apply plant protection treatments like insecticides and fungicides to promote plant health on time.
- Carry out preventive pruning of trees annually before the monsoon season.
- Perform monthly cleaning of the drip irrigation lines.
- Manage additional site tasks to maintain the garden's overall good condition.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from 21000 to 25000 INR.
