Overview
Haven is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Grounds & Garden Team as full-time, part-time, or seasonal members. This role involves maintaining and enhancing beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, which contribute to making the guest experience truly memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the park grounds are maintained at an exceptional standard, including tending to flower beds, borders, and landscaped sections.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and well-kept environment for visitors by consistently caring for grounds and park facilities.
- Uphold the vibrancy and tidiness of gardens and green spaces throughout the year to support an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
- While prior experience in gardening, horticulture, or grounds upkeep is appreciated, it is not mandatory as full training is provided.
- A passion for gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work is essential.
- Basic understanding of plants including weed identification, pruning, and seasonal care techniques.
- Comfortable using landscaping tools and machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers.
- Physically capable and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to operational requirements involving grounds maintenance equipment.

Compensation
Hourly pay rates go up to £12.71 depending on the employee's age.
