About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead the operations of our gaming room at the Ramsgate Hotel in Henley Beach, South Australia. This role offers a base salary of $79,600 plus superannuation, a bonus scheme, and group-wide discounts. Our gaming room boasts 32 of the latest machines, full SA Lotteries facilities, and a dedicated Gaming Bar. We focus on providing a clean, welcoming, and premium environment where customers receive excellent service from a friendly and attentive team.
Role Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with regular patrons by recognizing them personally and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with the Publican to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations within the gaming room.
- Provide expert knowledge in gaming and mentor your team to excel in their roles.
- Maintain a positive and energetic presence during shifts, delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Requirements
- This role requires physical capability to perform manual handling tasks such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Experience in a gaming room environment as an attendant, supervisor, or manager is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and readiness to manage the gaming room effectively.
- Solid understanding of compliance and responsible gaming principles.
- Holders must have current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG/RCG) certifications as required by state regulations.
