Game Engine Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Game Engine Developer to enhance and maintain the foundational systems that power game creation, including runtime, rendering, and development tools. This position blends advanced system-level programming with expertise in game-specific technologies to create an engine that is efficient, reliable, and user-friendly.

Key Duties

• Develop and upkeep core engine modules such as rendering, physics, animation, and development tools.
• Enhance runtime efficiency across CPU, GPU, and memory resources.
• Build and improve editor tools and content workflows.
• Troubleshoot and fix intricate bugs spanning the engine and its dependent games.
• Conduct code reviews and influence system architecture decisions.
• Collaborate closely with game development teams to implement engine features and optimize workflows.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Minimum of four years’ experience in developing production game engines or systems-level software.
• Expertise in C++ and modern graphics APIs such as Vulkan, DirectX, or Metal.
• Proficiency in at least one specialization area: rendering, physics, animation, audio, or networking.
• Experience with profiling tools, performance diagnostics, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with one or more prominent engines including Unreal, Unity, or proprietary ones.
• Strong fundamentals in system design.
