Futures Sales Trader - Eurex

Role Summary

We are looking for a Futures Sales Trader specializing in Eurex futures to help expand our futures business globally, while maintaining broad market coverage. The ideal candidate is a commercially motivated professional with strong client connections capable of driving new trading flow, increasing wallet share, and generating significant revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate revenue growth primarily focusing on Eurex-listed products like rates and equity index futures.
• Leverage existing client relationships to onboard and expand business with asset managers, hedge funds, dealers, and proprietary trading firms.
• Develop new market flow and increase wallet share across Eurex and other global futures markets.
• Collaborate closely with trading teams on execution issues including spreads, basis, rolls, CTDs, and EFPs.
• Serve as a dependable market consultant offering insights on positioning, liquidity, and market frameworks.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry conferences, and forums.
• Coordinate with operations, risk, and compliance teams to enable scalable client growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 5 and 15+ years in futures sales, execution sales, or related trading roles.
• Direct experience managing Eurex products at futures commission merchants (FCMs), banks, proprietary trading firms, or futures brokerages.
• Established, transferable relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, and/or dealers.
• Proven record of originating trading flow and driving revenue.
• Deep knowledge of Eurex market structure and clearing processes.
• Strong familiarity with futures and options, including spreads, basis, rolls, CTDs, and EFPs.
• Understanding of margining, capital efficiency, and client trading workflows.
• Experience with rates and fixed income futures is advantageous.
• Awareness of CME, ICE, or other global exchange operations alongside Eurex is beneficial.
• International or cross-regional client coverage experience is a plus.
