Role Overview

We seek a seasoned software developer to enhance and maintain our DV Equities desk’s trading systems. This position involves building and operating the core trading platform to support trader activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, coding, and rollout of the core C++17 based trading platform.
• Apply deep subjects expertise such as parallel computing, trading infrastructure, networking, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, quantitative analysts, and developers to address complex system challenges.
• Engage directly with traders to implement and refine requested features.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing high-performance and scalable applications using C++.
• Proficient with Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading and multicore programming techniques.
• Experienced in object-oriented programming and system design.
• Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
• Background knowledge of options trading or trading systems is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
