About the Team & Business Line

Role Overview

• Prepare regular financial reports for Institutional clients, including calculating the Net Asset Value and producing Statements of Assets and Liabilities along with Profit and Loss Statements.
• Perform financial control duties encompassing assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and equity management.
• Complete reconciliations of cash, portfolios, and capital independently, investigating discrepancies as necessary.
• Process notices relating to capital calls and distributions from portfolio fund holdings.
• Communicate regularly with client operations teams, banks, custodians, and brokers to ensure smooth processes.
• Ensure compliance with client service agreements through timely monitoring.
• Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate successful launch processes.
• Engage in fiscal year-end audit activities and provide required documentation to auditors.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill client requirements effectively.
• Contribute to various ad hoc projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a university degree in accounting, finance, economics, or professional accounting certifications such as CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, or CPA.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, professional, and demanding work environment.
• Prior experience in the financial sector or public accounting is advantageous.
