Fullstack Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our stealth Web3 startup in Singapore. The role involves developing both front-end and back-end components for our products, integrating innovative Web3 and AI technologies to foster team-led innovation. You will design technical system architectures, author documentation, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain front-end and back-end features across related products.
• Engage in projects that emphasize reusable code modules, automated testing, and continuous deployment processes.
• Investigate and implement cutting-edge Web3 and AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Architect technical solutions and produce comprehensive documentation.
• Actively pursue learning opportunities in non-technical domains such as product design and optimizing workflows.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project progression and delivery.
• Continuously optimize system performance and user experience to ensure product stability and reliability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Demonstrate proficiency with front-end frameworks like React and Vue, and backend development with Java.
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience working on high-concurrency front-end and back-end systems.
• Be highly self-driven with a strong appetite for learning new skills and working effectively in a team setting.
• Exhibit strong communication skills capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Knowledgeable in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Experienced in leveraging AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Additional advantage if experienced with prediction markets or trading/exchange platforms.
