Full Time Team Member - Cork

About the Role

At Sprout & Co, our team members are essential to our success. You will be the friendly face customers recognize and return to, as much as they come for the food itself. This position involves delivering warm, personal interactions and supporting the smooth daily operation of the restaurant. You will report directly to the Restaurant Leader. This is a full-time position based in Cork, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in diverse tasks throughout the day, such as preparing fresh ingredients, setting up the service line, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Bring positive energy in every customer interaction, ensuring guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
• Maintain a spotless, safe environment and ensure the restaurant is prepared for daily service.
• Gain hands-on experience across all service areas, including operating the cash till, managing toppings, and mix stations.
• Adhere to detailed checklists to guarantee each dish meets quality and presentation standards.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the menu to confidently guide and recommend items to customers.
• Promote and uphold food safety, hygiene, and overall health and safety compliance within the restaurant.
