Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our Mississauga, Ontario store team. In this role, you will use your knowledge to assist pet owners in finding appropriate nutrition and products for their pets. Main Responsibilities

• Operate cashier functions and assist customers with their purchases
• Prepare merchandise orders, complete banking tasks, and handle general administrative paperwork
• Stock small merchandise items (under 10 lbs) including pet supplies and household goods on sales floor
• Maintain store cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, and other upkeep activities
• Help unload delivery trucks by moving product cases and pet food bags (up to 50 lbs) into stock areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in retail or customer service roles
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer service capabilities
• Physical ability to repeatedly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Willingness and ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and evenings
• Reliable transportation to commute to the store location
