Position Purpose
As a Stock Keyholder, you will manage the flow of goods and oversee the warehouse efficiently. Your responsibilities will ensure shelves are fully stocked, oversee shipping processes, pricing, and maintain storage standards. You play a vital leadership role, ensuring athletes always find what they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a fully stocked store and smooth shopping experience for customers
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines in-store consistently
- Monitor markdowns, relabeling, transfers, and handling of damaged goods
- Coach and support team members in managing inventory processes
- Oversee loss prevention, security measures, audits, and compliance
- Ensure sufficient resources for an effective warehouse environment and product handling
- Manage store operations focusing on stock flow between backroom and sales floor
- Maximize sales potential by identifying and communicating merchandising opportunities to store leadership
- Exemplify Under Armour’s customer service culture, exceeding expectations per the UA Service Model
- Maintain brand productivity standards for shipping, replenishment, pricing, merchandising, and cycle counts using company tools and resources
- Comply strictly with Standard Operating Procedures and Retail Operations Manuals
- Step into the Sales Keyholder role when that team member is absent
- Provide operational support as needed, including checkout and tagging
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals
- Take ownership of personal development and seize opportunities for growth to boost performance
- Perform additional duties as directed by management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Completion of secondary education
- At least one year of experience in retail, warehousing, or freight handling
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in the local language; basic English skills are an advantage
- Basic literacy, numeracy, listening, and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, risk control, and security protocols
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable using or learning technology such as handheld and mobile devices
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 12 kg, walk, bend, and handle boxes during shifts, with or without accommodations

Compensation
Hourly wage between €15.50 and €17.40.
