Role Purpose
As a Store Supervisor, you play an essential leadership role within the store, supporting daily operations, coaching staff, and helping drive consistent business outcomes. You act as the Assistant Store Manager's backup, uphold merchandising standards, and cultivate a high-performing, supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily sales trends to make strategic decisions promptly.
- Evaluate merchandise reports to guide merchandising efforts for optimum presentation.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and auditing procedures.
- Take leadership or rotational roles in key store areas such as Talent, Visuals, and Operations to gain broad business experience.
- Provide customers with detailed and accurate product information.
- Immediately report accidents or injuries to store leadership.
- Communicate clear targets and priorities to sales staff to achieve sales and KPI goals.
- Assist onboarding and ongoing training efforts alongside store and regional management and HR teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of retail experience.
- Fluency in the local language; basic English is advantageous.
- Availability to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable using or motivated to learn technology such as handheld and mobile devices.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs (12 kgs) during shifts, with or without accommodation.
- Knowledgeable regarding employment laws and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Advanced selling skills and thorough understanding of retail industry practices.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22 to $27.50.
