Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with a wide range of fresh food products.
• Create a delightful experience for customers by providing consistently excellent and tasty food options.
• Maintain fresh, attractive product displays by ensuring shelves are stocked properly and clean, designing creative presentations.
• Keep department signage and pricing accurate and up to date.
• Infuse enthusiasm and excellence in all tasks, aiming to impress customers continually.
• Utilise teamwork skills to foster a positive, safe, and friendly working atmosphere.
• Ensure a secure, clean, and well-organized environment for both work and shopping.
• Support food sampling programs by maintaining sample areas that are well-stocked, clean, and inviting.
• Consistently take extra steps to enhance customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Genuine enjoyment working in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable interacting with others and helping maintain a pleasant workplace culture.

• Flexibility with working hours to support store operations across a 7-day schedule.
