What You Will Do

• Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent service on the shop floor
• Stock and rotate items regularly to keep shelves fully stocked, fresh, and visually appealing
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of the Back of House storage areas
• Monitor stock quality and expiry dates, implementing first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures
• Ensure shelf displays are well managed for easy customer access
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols
• Support the team to enable efficient day-to-day store operations

Who You Are

• Passionate about food and preferably experienced in fresh food retail environments
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Physically able to handle manual tasks and stand for long periods
• A cooperative team member with a strong work ethic
• Available to work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings across a seven-day roster
