Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our team in Miranda, NSW. This role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalized styling advice, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. Candidates will work Tuesday through Saturday as part of a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to create lasting, positive shopping experiences at every interaction.
- Maintain store presentation quality through effective visual merchandising, stock control, and cleanliness.
- Efficiently process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Surpass sales targets and meet key business performance metrics.
- Offer styling support and assistance in fitting rooms to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate actively in a Tuesday to Saturday rotational roster.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in fashion retail with a keen sense of personal style.
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Experience managing large stock volumes effectively.
