Key Responsibilities

• Implement visually compelling merchandising solutions that align with brand guidelines, concept manuals, and updated visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the Store Manager and store crew to uphold exceptional visual presentation and enhance the shopping environment.
• Lead the execution of all in-store visual merchandising tasks, including store layout planning, display presentation, and inventory rotation strategies.
• Provide insightful feedback and innovative ideas to keep the store’s visual appeal fresh and sales-focused.
• Support the setup for new season launches, promotional campaigns, and monthly visual merchandising arrangements.
• Participate in orienting and training new staff on maintaining store visual standards and layout consistency.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar in-store VM role within the fashion retail sector.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen eye for detail aligned with fashion trends.
• Confidence navigating visual merchandising guidelines combined with creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Formal education or coursework in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and communicative approach.
• Self-driven with a proactive mindset and capable of managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
