Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to train, mentor, and inspire the team, promoting ongoing development and teamwork.
• Support leadership efforts to manage store profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Encourage the team towards achieving sales goals and key business performance metrics.
• Assist in operational duties including roster management and back-of-house administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles within fast-paced, high volume fashion retail settings.
• Supportive leadership style with a talent for motivating and mentoring colleagues to achieve targets.
• Strong commercial insight to exceed sales, labor cost, and shrinkage KPIs aligned with financial budgets.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for styling and visual merchandising standards.
• Familiarity with large stock volumes and proficient stock management skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through superior service delivery.
