Role Summary

The Retail Coordinator position is a dynamic role that blends creative merchandising duties with active customer service participation on the shop floor. Responsibilities include managing product placement and promotions, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting stock management to ensure a neat and well-organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and advice to customers, setting a positive example.
• Uphold branch standards focused on merchandising, planogram execution, and in-store promotions.
• Maintain high standards for store presentation and cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish branch stock levels to keep the retail floor well stocked and tidy.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has prior retail experience, preferably with exposure to merchandising practices. You should possess both strong customer service skills and a flair for creative store displays. Being detail-oriented and maintaining a clean, orderly store environment are key success factors.

Working Hours

• Sunday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:30pm
