Full-Time Overnight Associate

Position Summary

This role is designed to support customer service by efficiently handling tasks related to receiving merchandise and its movement through to the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, transporting pallets to the floor, and helping process merchandise, all while maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. Collaboration as part of a team to plan and execute duties according to workload and operational priorities is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening
• Set up merchandise displays and signage
• Perform live unloading of various types of merchandise
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, differentiating from day or evening fulfillment roles
• Move pallets between the sales floor and storage areas for overnight processing
• Support sales floor stocking as assigned and provide customer assistance when needed
• Ensure proper labeling of the sales floor to facilitate store opening
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies and completing safety inspections, including securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.15.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
