About the Opportunity
George & Matilda Eyecare invites qualified Optometrists to join their well-established practice in Griffith, NSW. We value giving Optometrists ample time, autonomy, and support to focus on delivering excellent patient-centered eye care. This role offers the chance to deeply engage with your patients, enhance your professional skills, and positively impact a close-knit community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough and individualized eye care with clinical independence.
- Develop and nurture lasting patient relationships rooted in trust.
- Advance expertise particularly in contact lens fitting and patient management.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive practice team.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality clinical standards and patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA including therapeutic endorsement.
- Experience in delivering comprehensive optometric services.
- Strong enthusiasm for contact lens services.
- Effective communication skills that build patient confidence and comfort.
- Commitment to personalized, patient-first care and ongoing clinical development.
- Interest in both ocular health and eyewear aesthetics for patient satisfaction.
