Role Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor dentists and clinical staff to foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.
• Provide comprehensive dentistry services including general, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
• Maintain and enhance clinical protocols and standards through continuous evaluation and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to cultivate positive workplace culture and boost practice results.
• Contribute actively to enhancing patient experiences and expanding the practice's reach.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of seven years practicing dentistry in Australia with high clinical expertise.
• Prior leadership and mentoring experience is advantageous.
• Unconditional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Dental qualifications accredited by the Dental Board of Australia.
• Current professional indemnity insurance coverage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead colleagues.
• Proven ability to develop trusting patient relationships while maintaining professionalism and polished presentation.
• Confident in performing a broad range of general dental procedures.
