Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure their experience is positive from arrival onwards.
• Assist patients in choosing frames and eyewear tailored to their prescription, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Offer expert advice on lenses, coatings, and optical solutions.
• Handle appointment scheduling, maintain patient records, and fulfill administrative duties.
• Support the daily operations to ensure the practice runs smoothly.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the optical industry.
• Background in busy practice environments demonstrating strong dispensing skills.
• Technical proficiency and comprehensive understanding of dispensing optical products.
