Key Responsibilities
- Establish a secure and caring atmosphere to promote children's safety and happiness.
- Design and implement stimulating, age-appropriate activities to encourage creativity and developmental progress.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to dietary preferences and requirements.
- Maintain transparent and frequent communication with parents about their children's daily routines and developmental milestones.
- Coordinate children’s schedules including school attendance, extracurricular engagements, and social activities.
- Support children with homework and educational tasks to cultivate an enthusiasm for learning.
- Adhere strictly to safety practices both inside and outside the home to protect children at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience caring for multiple children while ensuring their safety and wellness.

Compensation
This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $28 based on experience and qualifications.
