Role Impact

As a Meat Production Clerk, you will engage directly with customers, addressing inquiries on topics like grilling and nutrition. You will prepare premium meat cuts using specialized tools, contributing to our best-selling product lines.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards consistently.
• Offer courteous and friendly greetings and service to customers.
• Prepare various meat cuts for presentation using knives and saws.
• Stock and arrange meat products on shelves.
• Create and maintain attractive merchandise displays per company guidelines.
• Operate commercial power equipment safely.
• Write orders and manage product receipt and rotation.
• Fill product showcases and maintain cleanliness by sanitizing the workspace.

Candidate Profile

• Preference for applicants with prior retail meat-cutting experience.
• Familiarity with different meat cuts is advantageous; training is provided.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly motivated and works well within a team environment.
