Full-Time Housekeeper

About the Role

Join Sienna Senior Living in Kanata, Ontario as a full-time Housekeeper dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our senior residents. This position operates Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm, offering a competitive wage between $17.60 and $17.99 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot cleaning of walls, windows, and doors.
• Disinfect and clean residents' rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and communal spaces according to designated schedules and protocols.
• Ensure rooms are meticulously prepared for new residents, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere at all times.
• Respect resident privacy and maintain professionalism while working within occupied living areas.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping is essential.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada or a valid work/study permit is required.
• Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check is mandatory.
