Primary Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and efficiently manage their fitting room check-in/check-out, monitoring merchandise quantity.
- Prepare returned merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring buttons, zippers, and other details are intact.
- Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Acquire thorough product knowledge to support customers and collaborate effectively with sales associates.
- Provide helpful information regarding product locations, pricing, and usage, guiding customers to appropriate associates as needed.
- Maintain a fitting room area that is clean, safe, and orderly.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, or be actively pursuing one, with 1-3 months of relevant experience or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Physical and Safety Requirements
The role involves medium physical effort including activities such as sitting, standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, walking, pushing/pulling, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds regularly. Employees must adhere to safety protocols to minimize risk of injury.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a starting wage of $16 per hour.
