About the Role
Eurest, a globally recognized leader in foodservice excellence, is seeking dedicated full-time Dishwashers to join our team at the Samsung location in Taylor, TX. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment to uphold our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food residues from dishes, washing manually or using dishwashing machines as assigned, ensuring thorough sanitation.
- Clean pots, pans, and trays following specific procedures to guarantee cleanliness.
- Polish silverware with equipment such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing tools to maintain shine and sanitation.
- Follow all established safety protocols diligently.
- Monitor and maintain proper water temperatures and chemical concentrations according to guidelines.
- Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet sanitation requirements.
- Clean food prep surfaces including worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
- Dispose of trash appropriately and clean garbage containers thoroughly with steam or hoses.
- Assist in moving supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, including loading and unloading goods.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Willingness to work varied full-time schedules, with specifics disclosed during the interview.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $19.00.
