Overview
Join PepsiCo as a Full-Time Delivery Driver based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering our popular beverage brands across Canada. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with primary contacts at each customer location, representing PepsiCo effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely product deliveries, including unloading as requested by customers.
- Handle daily invoicing and account settlements efficiently.
- Stock and rotate products in diverse settings while adhering to merchandising standards.
- Create displays and set up promotional materials such as signage and banners.
- Complete all related paperwork precisely.
- Carry out all tasks safely and responsibly in compliance with relevant laws and transport regulations.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry loads up to 50 pounds throughout a typical 8-10 hour shift.
- Capable of maneuvering large loads manually and with equipment, requiring agility, flexibility, and strength.
- Prepared to work outdoors, facing various weather conditions and safely operating equipment under challenging road and weather circumstances.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage well with customers.
- Possess at least a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Hold a valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with an air brake endorsement.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
