Full-Time Custodian

Position Overview

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the plaza to provide a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. The custodian will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks using suitable chemicals and equipment to maintain restrooms, walls, floors, windows, and other surfaces.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, floors, walls, windows, and equipment.
• Remove trash and maintain organized, clutter-free areas.
• Manage supplies by unloading deliveries and transferring materials as needed.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
• Engage courteously and positively with customers and coworkers, promoting a pleasant atmosphere.
• Follow security procedures and contribute to safe workplace practices.
• Perform additional related tasks as required by operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Preferred prior experience in customer service or cash handling.
• Reliable punctuality and willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
