Full-Time Cleaner

Position Overview

This full-time cleaning role involves maintaining assigned spaces such as offices, commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities in a clean and organized state. Working cooperatively with colleagues and clients, candidates are expected to follow verbal and written instructions accurately, and communicate tasks effectively using basic communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $17. Full-time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, along with an extensive leave program according to employment status.

Primary Responsibilities

Key Duties

• Vacuuming, edging, dusting areas.
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms and breakrooms.
• Window washing.
• Emptying trash and proper waste disposal.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

• Standing approximately 33% of the time, walking more than 66%, sitting occasionally.
• Manual dexterity: use of hands and fingers for handling and grasping tools.
• Reaching above shoulder height, pushing/pulling with arms 33-50% of the time.
• Climbing or balancing under 33%, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Repetitive task performance and extended standing periods required.
• Lifting frequently 0-10 pounds, up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively during peak tasks.
