Compensation and Work Environment
Our compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience. We foster a collaborative team culture with access to an exclusive job portal, ongoing agency support, and backup care services. You will receive weekly direct deposit payments and mileage reimbursement when transporting children.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ childcare experience with a genuine passion for the role
- Reliable, communicative, and nurturing personality
- Flexible availability with a commitment to punctuality
- Own a dependable vehicle that stays with you during your shift
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
- Clear criminal, civil, and driving background checks
- Ability to provide 2-3 verifiable non-relative references
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment conducive to exploration and learning
- Design and carry out age-appropriate creative activities that support developmental milestones
- Ensure children’s well-being and safety indoors and outdoors at all times
- Keep open and effective communication with parents regarding children’s progress and daily activities
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, accommodating dietary needs and preferences
- Support children with homework and educational tasks to encourage a love for learning
- Maintain a clean, organized play area and encourage children to participate in tidying up

- Positions available in multiple zip codes throughout Broward County, Florida
- Hours available range between 20 and 40+ per week with full and part-time shifts
