We are looking for a Full Stack Javascript Engineer who deeply understands the mechanisms behind software development, not just implementation. If you enjoy building custom user interface components rather than relying on standard frameworks and libraries, and prioritize clean coding, scalable system design, and thoughtful architecture, this opportunity is for you.

Our client is a digital agency creating tailored websites and software solutions across a range of industries. Their technology stack includes React (Next.js), TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Supabase. They emphasize writing comprehensible, maintainable code over using excessive tooling or generic UI kits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end features covering frontend UI, backend APIs, and data layers.
- Create and maintain custom UI libraries and reusable components.
- Build native, accessible, and high-performance UI elements instead of assembling pre-made libraries.
- Engage in architectural design and contribute to developing internal tools and processes.
- Conduct code reviews, author tests, and provide clear documentation.
- Participate in technical discussions with team members and clients to refine solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a full stack developer working with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in React Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong grasp of DOM operations, browser rendering nuances, and component-based architecture.
- Experience designing and managing custom UI libraries or design systems.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB and Supabase or related backend database systems.
- Ability to make strategic architectural decisions regarding custom builds versus leveraging existing solutions.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Cursor, Claude, or similar to enhance productivity, along with skills in critically assessing and refining AI-generated code.
- Deep understanding of clean coding methodologies, maintaining scalability, and supporting long-term codebase maintainability.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a dedication to craftsmanship and project ownership.
