Full Stack Engineering Manager

Overview

We are seeking a client-facing Full Stack Engineering Manager responsible for guiding the execution of a comprehensive enterprise digital platform. This platform encompasses integration, workflow systems, microservices, web and mobile applications, as well as cloud infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams covering frontend, backend, integration, BPM, mobile, DevOps, and cloud domains.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to interpret business requirements into actionable technical solutions and delivery strategies.
• Provide technical leadership concerning APIs, microservices, workflow designs, application architecture, security protocols, system performance, and deployment procedures.
• Ensure engineering quality standards are met, manage risks and interdependencies, oversee release cycles, and guarantee production readiness.
• Promote best practices such as Agile methodologies, DevSecOps integration, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), automated testing frameworks, system observability, and enforce engineering governance.
• Mentor engineering leads while coordinating efforts with architects, product owners, quality assurance teams, and infrastructure groups.
• Champion AI-driven software engineering processes spanning requirements gathering, coding, testing, code review, documentation, and DevSecOps, ensuring they align with quality, security, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering with a significant track record in managing enterprise platform deliveries.
• Deep expertise in full-stack development, microservices architecture, API design, cloud-native systems, BPM, system integration, and DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency with cloud service providers such as Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or similar platforms.
• Excellent client management capabilities paired with strong communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading and managing distributed, geographically dispersed engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of AI-supported engineering tools and their integration across the complete software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools and frameworks like MuleSoft, Camunda, Next.js, React, Azure, and OCI.
• Arabic language proficiency and prior experience delivering projects in the Middle East region are considered beneficial.
