Key Responsibilities
- Integrate Generative AI technology seamlessly into enterprise applications to develop intelligent, AI-powered workflows and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate AI-driven concepts into production-ready applications that generate meaningful business results.
- Develop robust, scalable backend services focusing on security, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Contribute to frontend development, designing intuitive interfaces by working alongside designers and product teams to meet user requirements effectively.
- Manage cloud infrastructure deployment including infrastructure-as-code configurations, automation pipelines, and ensuring solutions meet compliance, scalability, and robustness standards.
- Adopt DevOps best practices and actively improve team engineering processes through collaboration, sprint planning, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within a multidisciplinary environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as large language models, embeddings, and vector databases including pgvector, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Experience using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and expertise in creating conversational AI agents or augmented workflows.
- Strong Python programming skills, especially in building production-grade APIs and backend services using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Solid understanding of system design principles, architecture, and design patterns.
- Frontend development expertise with TypeScript and Next.js, capable of crafting reusable components using ShadCN/UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Infrastructure skills involving Terraform for defining infrastructure, with experience in cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of networking, security best practices, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes or AKS.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with authentication and identity management tools such as Auth0 or Azure AD.
- Experience in multi-agent AI systems or advanced AI orchestration frameworks is advantageous.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of simplifying complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and business units.
