Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Presales Solution Architect to design and deliver comprehensive technology solutions that meet business objectives. The role involves architecting scalable, secure, and cost-efficient systems across cloud, infrastructure, applications, integration, and data domains. This person will engage with customers, sales, delivery teams, and partners to translate business needs into detailed technical architectures and support technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed end-to-end solution designs incorporating cloud platforms, security, applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data elements.
• Transform business and functional requirements into precise technical designs, architecture visuals, and solution proposals aligned with enterprise standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers to understand challenges and technology environments, offering feasible solutions.
• Partner with sales and business units during pre-sales phases, assisting with proposals, client workshops, and technical presentations.
• Offer ongoing architectural support during delivery including reviewing designs, tracking risks, and ensuring alignment with the approved solution.
• Stay informed about industry innovations, emerging technologies, and best practices such as cloud architectures, security frameworks, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security mandates, and internal governance policies within solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Between 6 to 10 years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or senior technical roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise covering cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, enterprise applications and middleware, infrastructure, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Prior experience delivering solutions to enterprise or government clients is beneficial.
• Excellent documentation skills, including creating architecture diagrams and design documents.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of balancing technical depth with business perspectives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of cost estimation, sizing, and project effort estimation.
