Technology Enablement, SAP Project Manager

Overview

KPMG Singapore, part of a global network of independent professional services firms, is expanding its SAP Digital Transformation team. They provide Audit, Tax, and Advisory services globally, operating in 138 countries with more than 276,000 partners and employees. This role focuses on leading SAP solution architecture, sales, and project management for clients across various industries, including cloud migration projects. The position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute extensive SAP transformation initiatives with accuracy and adaptability.
• Apply thorough knowledge of SAP delivery methodologies and best practices combined with industry expertise.
• Manage and engage stakeholders effectively to maintain alignment and clear communication channels.
• Mentor and support the team towards achieving high standards of performance.
• Stay current with technical and professional developments in consulting services and industry trends.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Finance stakeholders, system and functional experts, architects, developers to define and control project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Create and oversee detailed project schedules, including resource management, timelines, and budget considerations.
• Be the primary contact for project progress updates, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, communicating effectively with senior clients.
• Ensure implementation of project management best practices including SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Lead and guide the program teams toward continuous improvement and innovative solutions.

• Drive enterprise transformation by leveraging deep sector expertise and KPMG's comprehensive capabilities.
• Enhance client engagement through next-generation marketing, sales, and service design.
• Deliver complex SAP transformation projects successfully with specialized skills and discipline.

Qualifications

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 8 years' experience managing full-cycle SAP implementations in the role of Project Manager.
• Certification in PMP or SAP Activate Project Manager credentials required.
• Proven experience managing large Singapore-based projects with teams exceeding 100 members.
• Familiarity with hybrid or pure Agile project methodologies.
• Superior stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
• Consulting background is advantageous.
