Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop core backend and platform features for Plaud’s Developer Platform, facilitating both Partner and external integrations alongside senior engineers.
• Acquire and implement best practices in OAuth authorization, access control systems, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Create and maintain standardized APIs, SDKs, and developer onboarding processes.
• Work jointly with product, device, and AI teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Incorporate AI-driven tools to optimize engineering workflows such as documentation, testing, debugging, and code assessment.
• Contribute to continuous enhancements in platform reliability, speed, and developer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of backend development experience, preferably with platform or API-centric projects.
• Foundational knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and authentication and authorization mechanisms; practical experience is advantageous.
• Experience in API design or developer-oriented tooling is desirable.
• Strong willingness to learn and navigate complex multi-system environments.
• Proactive about leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and engineering quality.
• Effective communication skills and comfort working collaboratively across teams.
