Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

This position is based in Beijing or Singapore and involves building end-to-end product features across the web frontend, mobile applications, and backend services. The role requires ownership of technical decisions, implementation, and deployment. Candidates with deep expertise in web frontend, mobile, or backend are welcome, especially those eager to expand their skills across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product features from conceptualization to rollout and maintenance across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Make independent judgments on technical approaches and ensure the quality of your code and deliverables while actively consulting team members when in doubt.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to fulfill business objectives and user requirements with high-quality solutions.
• Drive projects leveraging AI technologies by employing AI tools to enhance development, testing, debugging, documentation, and integrating Agent and Large Language Model (LLM) functions within products.
• Continuously enhance the codebase for better quality, performance, reliability, and observability, and promptly resolve production issues.

Desired Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in at least one domain: web frontend, mobile (iOS/Android), or backend development, with a strong understanding of associated technical trade-offs.
• Capability to work across multiple layers of the technology stack and independently deliver full-stack features; candidates motivated to transition into full-stack roles are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working on user-facing products at notable internet companies, AI-focused enterprises, or startups.
• Proven ability to independently assess technical feasibility and ownership of delivery quality without needing others' reviews as a fallback.
• Skill in managing projects using AI tools to boost development efficiency, output quality, and collaboration effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for technical collaboration and fluency in English for everyday technical communication.
• Strong communication skills, a high degree of ownership, self-motivation, and an enthusiasm for hands-on coding.

Preferred Extras

• Experience delivering full-stack features autonomously across frontend and backend or mobile and backend.
• Familiarity with AI and Agent products, including developing applications using LLMs or Agent technologies.
• Experience analyzing production data such as logs and monitoring metrics to identify and resolve issues.
• Contributions to open-source, personal technical projects, or a technical blog.
