Role Overview

We are searching for full stack engineers passionate about building high-speed solutions across BJAK's AI-powered Neobank application. This role suits product-focused developers capable of swiftly developing across frontend, backend, and internal tools to create seamless customer journeys from concept to product launch.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy full features spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Develop customer-centric and internal processes including onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk management.
• Translate ambiguous product challenges into functional systems with intuitive user experience and dependable backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, mobile developers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to launch solutions quickly and iterate post-release.
• Create internal tools and automations that lower manual workload and scale operational efficiency.
• Maintain ownership post-launch through monitoring, debugging, and continuous enhancement.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced full stack engineer with a history of delivering real, deployed products.
• Proficient across frontend, backend, API design, database management, and production troubleshooting.
• Skilled in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Sound backend fundamentals involving API architecture, data modeling, authentication, integration, and system reliability.
• Strong product intuition capable of distilling complex workflows into simple solutions.
• Comfortable working quickly under uncertainty with end-to-end ownership.
