Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer specializing in JavaScript and TypeScript to join a client on a full-time remote basis. The position involves crafting, refining, and sustaining efficient, high-quality code focused on training and optimizing AI models. You will be responsible for evaluating AI model responses to ensure they meet rigorous performance standards and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, efficient code to support AI model training and optimization.
- Perform detailed evaluations and benchmarking of AI model outputs, analyzing results for continuous performance improvements.
- Assess and rank responses generated by AI models across multiple domains ensuring they meet predefined criteria.
- Provide detailed explanations and reasoned justifications for evaluation outcomes, demonstrating strong technical acumen.
- Lead supervised fine-tuning initiatives by developing and managing high-quality task-specific datasets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack software development.
- Solid experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Nest.js framework.
- Familiarity with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Capability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
