Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) - Remote Work From Home

About the Role

RxTro, Australia’s premier Life Sciences industry platform, is seeking a mid-level Full Stack Developer to join their engineering team remotely from India. You will collaborate with Sydney-based colleagues during Australian business hours, working on a platform widely used by healthcare professionals nationwide. This fully remote position offers the freedoms of no commute and a focus on quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features on a React front end and back-end services built with C# and/or Java.
• Design and optimize data models using SQL Server within an Azure cloud environment.
• Deploy and support applications running on Microsoft Azure.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams based in Sydney, Australia, during their business hours.
• Produce clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, taking part in peer code reviews.
• Identify and resolve issues across the application stack, from UI inconsistencies to backend performance bottlenecks.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a full stack developer or a strong hybrid of backend/frontend development.
• Proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Experience in backend development using C# and/or Java.
• Competence in working with SQL Server, preferably in an Azure cloud setting.
• Ability to work autonomously within a fully remote and distributed team environment.
• Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous and real-time collaboration across time zones.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that supports focused professional activity.

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience in the health technology sector or other regulated industries emphasizing data integrity is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture patterns.
