Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our IT and Software Development team. The ideal candidate will possess foundational to intermediate expertise in both frontend and backend development, with familiarity in contemporary web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and intuitive websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and ensure clean, maintainable frontend code.
- Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and ensure mobile responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot frontend bugs and enhance application performance and usability.
- Develop and maintain backend services primarily with Node.js and Express.js, including server-side logic and RESTful API creation.
- Manage database connectivity and data operations with MongoDB and/or MySQL.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and user management features.
- Assist with customization and development of CRM and ERP systems, dashboards, admin panels, and other business software modules.
- Conduct testing and debugging for both frontend and backend components, optimizing overall application performance.
- Collaborate with team members including senior developers and project managers to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to development tasks.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Fundamental understanding of frontend frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js.
- Basic backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with MongoDB and/or MySQL databases, including CRUD operations and query writing.
- Ability to integrate and work with RESTful APIs.
- Moderate knowledge of web application architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.
