Full Stack Developer C# Vue.js - FinTech

Role Overview

We seek a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a global fintech company in Christchurch rebuilding their international payments platform. You'll take ownership of developing features end-to-end, including backend APIs and frontend delivery using C# .Net and Vue.js.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs with C# .Net.
• Develop customer-facing features on both backend and frontend using Vue.js (or React).
• Contribute to system and API design as part of a distributed microservices architecture.
• Take technical ownership of projects and provide mentorship to team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven strength in backend development with C# .Net.
• Strong knowledge of API design, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Competence in frontend development, preferably with Vue.js; React experience also acceptable.
• Familiarity with production AWS environments, including CI/CD, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, or Lambda is a plus.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures.
• Desirable experience in payments, financial services, or regulated sectors.
