Job description
Role Overview
As a Talent Strategy Lead within the FSP enterprise, your key responsibility will be to craft and implement strategies that address client-specific FSP service requirements. Collaborating closely with Operations Strategy Leads (OSL), Business Strategy Leads (BSL), and Business Operations Leads (BOL), you will play a critical role in shaping a distinctive strategy that aligns with FSP proposal development and related talent proposal deliverables. This role involves partnership with FSP Functional Leads, HR Talent Acquisition teams, and FSP HR Business Partners, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer concerning client-specific services and corresponding talent strategies.
Purpose and Impact
You will directly influence the proposal development process from submission to client decision by leading and owning FSP talent operational strategies, bid defense, and all associated operational proposal deliverables. The objective is to enhance the RFP success rate and drive positive business growth. Responsibilities include managing RFIs/RFPs for complex, multi-region multi-service FSP projects and multiple client deliverables. Post-award, you will operationalize resource delivery strategies by converting strategic plans into actionable initiatives for functional leaders and HR partners, involving ramping strategies, re-badging opportunities, and reporting aligned with client SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BOL, OSL, Functional Leads and Commercial teams to design tailored win strategies for talent to meet client timelines and maximize RFP success, managing proposal deliverables across FSP and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the proposal team comprehends the talent strategy to align budgets and meet profitability goals.
- Partner with FSP and cross-functional leadership to evaluate success, profitability, and resource bidding processes.
- Lead the development and dissemination of the talent operations segment of the proposal, establish KPIs, and secure successful execution.
- Manage talent operations strategy escalations and advise the Global Therapeutic Unit Head (GTUH).
- Evaluate cross-functional satisfaction and propose improvements for the talent strategy process and results.
- Participate actively in bid defense preparation and associated talent strategy presentations.
- Recommend and apply updates to the talent strategy after awards to ensure smooth proposal execution.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent academic/vocational certification is required. You should bring approximately 15 or more years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience. Experience is measured as a benchmark for acquiring the knowledge and skills for this role and not as the sole factor for employment decisions.
