About the Team
The TikTok LIVE Platform frontend team specializes in developing frontend solutions with a focus on the payments segment, dedicated to creating secure, stable, and user-friendly payment offerings. Their mission is to continuously enhance payment experiences for users to guarantee smooth and efficient transactions within the TikTok LIVE environment. Beyond coding, the team aims to thoroughly comprehend user needs, recognize significant opportunities, and prioritize challenges to develop innovative and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop web applications for TikTok Wallet and the Money Platform, ensuring a secure, stable, and efficient payment interface.
- Create seamless, high-performance user experiences focused on quality deliverables and system reliability.
- Contribute to building infrastructures and engineering solutions that support TikTok Live's business needs and productivity tools.
- Enhance collaborative workflows to improve efficiency in remote and cross-regional team communications, accelerating business iterations and growth.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Strong frontend programming expertise, including resolving browser compatibility challenges and enhancing frontend performance.
- Solid understanding of frontend engineering concepts and component-based development, familiar with at least one MV* framework, and possessing design skills.
- Excellent service mindset, strong learning ability, effective communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in English for teamwork.
Preferred
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a large-scale internet business environment.
- Experience with multi-end development across Native, PC, or Server platforms is advantageous.
- Participation or leadership in large-scale and open-source projects is a plus.
- Experience in authoring technical articles or maintaining technical blogs is beneficial.
