Core Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Develop and maintain front office trading software and systems.
- Work with programming languages such as Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Implement and utilize FIX Protocol for financial information exchange.
- Manage relational databases including PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure software quality.
- Handle order routing, order management systems (OMS), and trade analytics features.
- Integrate market data feeds and work with tools like Copilot and LLM-assisted development platforms.
- Develop solutions related to Fidessa and cash equities trading.
