Role Overview

We seek a dedicated Front-End Engineer to join our Institutional team based in our London office. This role demands a proactive team player who thrives in a high-performance culture marked by resilience, speed, and smart work ethics, eager to enhance both skills and process efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop new user interfaces specifically tailored for the institutional team with a strong emphasis on user experience and performance optimization.
• Create innovative, responsive visualizations for user portfolios.
• Collaborate closely with trading teams to build optimized internal tools that handle significant amounts of live data.
• Produce robust, thoroughly tested, and dependable code supporting trading, operational, and support functions.
• Engage proactively with peers to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborative workload distribution.
• Address complex challenges within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and push forward product innovation in a technology-driven environment.
• Work on an industry-leading platform serving millions of users globally.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Unwavering integrity as a foundational quality.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in JavaScript and client-side web applications.
• Proven expertise in creating sophisticated data visualizations.
• A passion for continuous learning and adaptability with technology, particularly with React, TypeScript, NextJS, and Styled Components.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor to boost development productivity.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency applications.
• A solid background in front-end architecture, testing methodologies, and state management techniques.
• Capability to adapt swiftly in a fast-growing, evolving business landscape.
• Receptiveness to constructive feedback for ongoing personal and professional improvement.
• Keen understanding beyond stated requirements and sharp attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
