• Maintain retail meat cuts to high standards aligned with customer expectations
• Boost sales by adhering to standard operating procedures and store standards daily
• Ensure department merchandising and presentation are impeccable
• Accurately implement planograms
• Control stock rotation to maintain optimal quality and freshness
• Oversee waste and shrinkage management in the department
• Commit to continuous improvement by staying current with new products and initiatives
• Expand product knowledge through varied information sources and proactively share insights and suggestions
