Candidate Profile
- Possession of HACCP training is favorable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Capability to collaborate within a fast-moving team and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for food and the ability to engage and motivate customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the Centra core brand values: Pride, Energy, Imagination, and Community Engagement.
- Prepare customer orders across fresh food sections, including assembling sandwiches and rolls, serving hot foods, and slicing meats following portion control guidelines.
- Cook, prepare, and present food products sold throughout the operational day.
- Maintain exceptionally attractive and clean counter displays in all fresh food areas throughout the day.
- Exhibit passion for quality food by sharing recipes, personal recommendations, and knowledge with shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to store policies.
